CMYK refers to the colour space required for printed
output using the four colour process. Colours that cannot be represented
within the combination of cyan (C), magenta (M), yellow (Y) and
black (K) are described as out of gamut. Modern digital printers
have 6 colours to increase delicacy of light or subtle tones.
Using Photoshop, Ilustrator, Painter, Quark Xpress; words and images
are assimilated purely in the digital environment.
